On December 10, an all-Ukrainian webinar was held for regional coordinators of the public organization CoST Ukraine.
It was organized by the CoST Ukraine team in partnership with the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine and the Win Experts group of companies.
The training was conducted by Vasyl Mozhar, Head of Construction Audit at Win Experts Group of Companies. He introduced the webinar participants to the basic principles of technical inspection of facilities.
He also answered questions related to heat saving and ventilation of premises. He paid special attention to barrier-free access and the list of necessary requirements stipulated by law. Most of the work performers often ignore them.
The training was conducted to provide the organization’s regional coordinators with relevant knowledge before the start of their monitoring visits. Next year, experts will visit recently built, reconstructed, and renovated social infrastructure facilities and check how well the work was carried out.
The training is part of the project “Transparency and Accountability of Social Infrastructure Development in Ukraine”, which is implemented by the CoST Ukraine team with the support of the Open Government Partnership.
