We invite you to participate in an open meeting of the Supreme Council of Expert Organizations of the Construction Industry, which will be held on December 21 at 2:00 PM at the INTERCONTINENTAL KYIV Hotel. During the event, we will discuss current construction issues and exchange views on the future of the expert industry.
Let’s talk about what to expect in 2022:
- innovations in expertise and prospects for the development of the industry;
- changes in legislation (changes to the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, draft law No. 6422 on the alienation of land plots and other real estate for public needs; draft law No. 5655 and plans for liability insurance of expert organizations, etc.);
- further digitalization of crucial processes in construction;
- important decisions of the Supreme Court and case law regarding the mandatory appointment of an expert examination;
- expert opinions as a tool for interaction with regulatory and law enforcement agencies;
- current problems of protecting and appealing expert opinions.
We invite representatives of expert, design and construction organizations, executive authorities, specialized public associations, and deputies to participate.
The meeting will be held in an open format, with flexible regulations, and will promote a free exchange of ideas. An interesting cultural program will also await you!
