The more you can, the greater the demand!
Being able to do one thing and do it truly professionally is very good. But if, in addition to the main profile, a particular specialist possesses modern skills, modern “tricks” and new knowledge, which only enhance his versatility and, accordingly, increase his demand from business many times over – this is exactly what the real sector desperately needs today. Because this is exactly the direction of movement that life dictates to us.

– In order for specialists to provide much more benefit to the enterprise and be realized as members of a professional family (who will also earn money for this family), they must be more versatile and more deeply knowledgeable. Not just like, for example, everyone is used to, which is purely a lawyer.
Today, this should be a lawyer with additional functions and knowledge, who will be able to use AI (artificial intelligence) in practice, and will be able to do much more than just a classic lawyer. For example, we have such a direction – forensic technical expertise.
That is, there is not only a technical specialty here, but also one that is related to legal aspects. And this is a very important direction for protecting the same business from criminal cases in construction, etc.
That is, today there are already a lot of different new “chips”, in the implementation of which the same NAU is an advanced educational organization and can provide a truly high-quality educational product both in the form of a formed specialist and in honing this specialist to the necessary level, when the company will be both protected in the personnel reserve and will have maximum profit from its products. It is about a constant tandem of business and education.
The state, first of all, should not interfere. It should issue legislative and regulatory acts that will be aimed at coordinating business activities. And, in turn, not disrupt the educational direction.
