The Ministry of Regional Development is actively preparing to adopt about 150 estimated norms for pricing in construction
In particular, on June 15, an order was signed approving 22 collections of estimate standards for repair and construction works and the operation of construction machines and mechanisms.
In the near future, it is planned to approve collections of standards for construction work. This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine Natalia Kozlovska.
All these actions are part of the process of implementing the Law of Ukraine “On Prices and Pricing”.
The Deputy Minister also noted that in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in Connection with the Adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Standardization”, the Ministry of Regional Development has developed Procedures for the Application of Estimated Standards and Pricing Standards in Determining the Cost of Construction and for the Application of Estimated Standards and Pricing Standards in Determining the Cost of Design, Scientific and Design, Exploration Works and Expertise of Design Documentation for Construction.
“These Procedures have already been approved by the central executive authorities and are currently being prepared for submission to the Ministry of Justice for state registration, after which they will be published on the website of the Ministry of Regional Development,” promised Natalia Kozlovska.
The participants of the Section supported the proposal of the Ministry of Regional Development that, until the approval of these Procedures, the determination of the cost of construction, the cost of design, scientific-design, survey works and examination of design documentation for construction will be carried out using the current Rules for determining the cost of construction (DSTU B D.1.1-1:2013) and the Rules for determining the cost of design and survey works and examination of design documentation for construction (DSTU B D.1.1-7:2013), as well as resource element estimate norms for the relevant types of construction works.
The decision on this will be approved by the Presidium of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Regional Development.
