The Ministry of Regional Development is gradually changing state standards for pricing in construction
Thus, the section of the Scientific and Technical Council of the ministry has already approved the relevant draft budget standards for restoration and reconstruction works.
This was reported by Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development Natalia Kozlovska:
“In total, we have to approve about 150 such collections. The third part has already been translated. The approved project contains standards for determining the cost of work on historical and cultural monuments.”
In addition, the first part of the draft estimate norms, which determine the cost of developing urban planning documentation – “Spatial Development of Territories” – was approved.
It will include the cost of developing documentation at the state, regional and local levels.
The Ministry of Regional Development promises to approve these draft budget norms by order in the near future.
