The Cabinet of Ministers approved an action plan to create a unified state electronic system in the construction sector
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the relevant order with the condition of finalization within one day.
“The purpose of the draft ordinance is to eliminate violations in the field of urban planning activities by creating a single state electronic system in the field of construction, which will ensure the transparency of the state architectural and construction control system,” said Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Chernyshov.
He added that this order approves the action plan for the creation and implementation of a unified electronic system in the construction sector, as well as determines the executors of the relevant measures and the deadlines for their implementation.
According to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, the launch of a unified state electronic system in the construction sector is scheduled for June of this year.
“The system is about 90% ready. It has been under development for two months – this is a very fast deadline, so we hope that it will be operational in June,” Fedorov noted.
As Ukrinform reported, in November 2019, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi signed the Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts on Improving the Procedure for Providing Administrative Services in the Construction Sector and Creating a Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector.”
The document envisages the creation of a single state electronic system in the field of construction as part of the urban cadastre, which will combine all data on the construction market in a common information resource. The information contained in the system database (except for personal data) will be available through the portal of the electronic system.
