The government has approved a common format for urban planning documentation in electronic format.
That is, comprehensive spatial development plans for territorial communities, general plans for settlements, and detailed plans for the territory will now look unified.
The corresponding draft resolution, developed by the Ministry of Regional Development, was approved at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“This decision will allow us to implement a unified approach to the formats of electronic documents of urban planning documentation. This includes, in particular, text, graphic and other materials, which will accelerate the development of documentation, its transparency and accessibility. It will also contribute to accelerating the filling of the State Land Cadastre and Urban Planning Cadastre and the interaction between cadastral systems,” said the Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Chernyshov.
The resolution will ensure the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Land Use Planning”, which comes into force on July 24, 2021.
After the adoption of this decision, territorial communities will have a guide on the formats in which comprehensive plans should be developed – a new type of urban planning documentation at the level of territories of territorial communities, for their public access and use.
