The decision of the Zhovtnevy District Court of the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region, put a final stop to the case regarding the lawsuit against LLC PROEKSP, in which the plaintiffs requested that the expert report prepared by the company be declared illegal.
The court considered the case and determined that the experts of LLC PROEKSP did their job professionally and responsibly, conducting an examination of the project for the overhaul of the road section in compliance with the requirements of current legislation.
It should be noted that the plaintiffs did not act as customers of this examination and tried to appeal it after approval in order to stop construction work.
