Moreover, the Ministry of Regional Development, together with the Energy Efficiency Fund, has developed a new effective tool for participants in the Energodim program – involving specialists in project support.
According to Vasyl Lozynsky, First Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, quite often, condominium associations, having a desire to insulate their house and make it more comfortable for living, cannot realize their plans due to the lack of a specialist who would accompany the thermal modernization project.
From now on, this can be done with the support of project support specialists. 70% of the cost of their services is compensated by the Energy Efficiency Fund.
Such specialists will help condominium associations in finding contractors to perform thermal modernization work, and will also be able to pre-calculate the cost of the work, provide assistance in preparing documents and when concluding contracts, and analyze options for lending and the association’s financial capabilities.
