On September 2, a new project of the Alliance and the Win Experts group of companies – “Ask an expert about…” – was launched on the official Facebook page of the President of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine, Viktor Leshchynsky
This project is a series of live streams on social networks and YouTube, during which experts talk about various aspects of construction topics in a simple and accessible way and answer viewers’ questions. The issues will be formed based on the requests of subscribers to the page Viktor Leshchynsky, President of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine.
The first stream was dedicated to forensic construction and technical expertise. Who needs it and why? Roman Syromyatnikov, Head of the Construction Audit Department of the Win Experts Group of Companies, discussed this service in detail, explaining what it is and how it can protect the customer from unfounded claims from regulatory authorities.
“Forensic construction and technical expertise allows us to objectively establish the quality and volume of actually performed work and their cost. It also reveals whether everything was done in accordance with the design and estimate documentation at the site, whether the contractor fulfilled the obligations undertaken qualitatively and fully. Ultimately, it provides a complete analysis of the work performed at the construction site,” Roman Syromyatnikov emphasized.
The specialist also added that such expertise is needed by both contractors and customers, as they dot the “i” and give confidence to all parties to the construction process. “Our company studies the object in detail and provides answers to all the questions raised,” the expert noted.
Head of the project expertise direction of the Win Experts group of companies Vasyl Mozhar emphasized that their specialists work throughout Ukraine, and the company’s services are ordered by both state bodies and local communities. And, of course, by private individuals and individuals, including lawyers. “We work with all clients at a high level, using electronic technologies for exchanging documentation files. Thus, we are accessible and efficient. And the timing of any expertise depends on its complexity and the size of the construction object,” Vasyl Mozhar emphasized.
Also, specialists of the Win Experts group of companies answered questions from video viewers and provided them with consultations and advice. In particular, it was explained that a judicial construction and technical examination is also appropriate for co-owners of outdated residential buildings. Since such housing requires inspections and recommendations regarding its further fate. For example, preparation of relevant documents to obtain funds for energy insulation, improvement of the heating system, etc.
