A seminar on current issues of design and expertise was held in Odessa

On December 10, another practical seminar “Current issues of design, expertise of design and estimate documentation and construction” was held in Odessa. This is the sixteenth training event held by the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine in various regions of Ukraine.

The seminar was attended by about a hundred representatives of the united territorial communities of Odessa and Mykolaiv regions, architects of Odessa region, representatives of design and expert organizations of the region, construction companies.

The seminar was organized with the support and assistance of the Odessa Regional State Administration, and was attended by the Deputy Head of Odessa Regional State Administration Denys Vanash and the Chief Architect of the Regional Administration Nadiya Belenko, who welcomed the participants at the beginning of the event.

In his welcoming speech, the President of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine Viktor Leshchynsky stressed the importance of such seminars for informing customers of construction, major repairs, reconstruction and restoration of the latest technologies and the most relevant changes in building codes.

The training took place in the form of reports by specialized experts, after which everyone could ask their questions to each of the speakers. There were many such questions, because the topic of the event is relevant and aroused the keen interest of the participants.

Head of the PROEKSP expertise sector Volodymyr Nikolin gave an overview of new changes in urban planning legislation. Executive Director of SPECTR Roman Syromyatnikov – current issues of construction expertise and instrumental inspection of buildings.

The activities of the alliance were introduced to the participants by the executive director Oleksandr Petushkov.

Expert Andriy Mozheenko spoke about the energy efficiency of projects and the implementation of energy certificates, and the use of solar energy to optimize costs at enterprises and in residential buildings was discussed by the director of SUNSAY Energy, Dmytro Zinkevich. The issue of monument protection restrictions was considered by a member of the Main Council of UTOPIK, a current member of ICOMOS, Olga Rutkovska. Novelties in tender legislation were considered by the development director of LLC “Intellect Consult Group” Oleksandr Kulak.
