Ukrainians will be able to use the developer’s electronic account starting from December 24 next year
This was stated by the Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, Alena Babak, during a press briefing on the presentation of the e-office.
“We can tell people who want to build houses, greenhouses, garages, even small internal roads, cafes, restaurants, which can accommodate up to 100 people at the same time – we tell them all that they will not have to go through the circles of hell in the state architectural and construction inspection to obtain all the documentation necessary for them to start construction work and put these facilities into operation. Yesterday, the Ministry of Regional Development’s order No. 285 on approving the procedure for the functioning of the electronic office in the field of urban planning activities was registered with the Ministry of Justice,” said Babak.
According to her, the order regulates the work of the electronic office, in it all those who will use services of both declarative and permitting nature will receive information about what they need to do in order to use the services through the developer’s electronic office.
“We are starting the operation of this electronic office only for those objects that belong to the CC1 impact class, that is, a minor impact class, and are actually carried out according to declarative procedures. Of the 23 services that DABI provides, these are 9 administrative services in total, but they are in the greatest demand today. People will be able to start receiving these 9 services in electronic format actually from December 24,” the minister added.
