On January 30, a round table “Priority areas for improving the training of highly qualified personnel for the construction industry” was held at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture
The event was held with the aim of modernizing the professional training of workers in the construction industry.
The participants discussed forms of involving employers in the implementation of dual education, socio-economic aspects of the labor market for young specialists, possible practices of interaction between employers and the university, changes in training programs as a way to dialogue with the employer.
The event was organized jointly with the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine.
