On December 10, another online meeting of the Working Group on Regulatory and Methodological Support for Expert Activities was held
This time, the issues of design and expertise quality, dumping in the expert services market, self-regulation, and further digitalization of the expert industry were brought up for consideration.
Interesting statistics on the state of tender procurement of intellectual services in the construction industry were presented by the Executive Director of the NGO Cost Ukraine, Svyatoslav Abramov.
It is worth noting that the Alliance has been dealing with the issue of unfair competition during tender procurement, which has recently become more acute, for several months in a row.
We are concerned about the quality of design and expertise services, because this directly affects the quality and safety of finished objects. We have submitted our proposals to the Ministries on how to regulate this issue, and we expect that they will be taken into account when developing and improving regulatory acts.
The head of the Initiative Group for the Development of Self-Regulation in Ukraine, President of the Union of Crisis Managers of Ukraine, Pavlo Mikhailidi, spoke about self-regulation in the expert industry.
The issue of further digitalization of the industry was raised by the Executive Director of the Alliance, Oleksandr Petushkov.
We would like to remind you that on December 9, the Alliance presented a new practical tool – an expert report in digital format. We invite all expert organizations to join this initiative.
Next year, we plan to take a course towards self-regulation and active implementation of BIM.
We call on expert organizations that have not yet joined the Working Group to do so in order to jointly solve the problems of the industry and improve it. We should not wait for someone to do it for us.
Together for development!
