The National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine presented a new practical tool for expert organizations – Expert Report in digital format
In an online conference, the Executive Director of the Alliance, Oleksandr Petushkov, and the project implementation specialist of the Linkos group of companies, Viktoriya Yaruta, spoke about and clearly demonstrated the capabilities of this system:
— how is the document submitted;
— how is it sent to experts for signature; — what are the advantages and features of working in the system for expert organizations;
— how much does it cost to implement this tool.
The system was developed by order of the Alliance by specialists from Linkos Group — a national software developer that has been operating on the market since 1990 and specializes in developing software for electronic document management and accounting systems. The participants of the event were able to see how easy and secure this tool is to use.
Why should it be implemented?
— Firstly, it is reliable. It is impossible to forge a digital electronic signature and an expert’s seal.
— Secondly, it is fast and convenient. Experts sign the document remotely in electronic form (which is very relevant during quarantine).
— Thirdly, this is a trend that is actively being implemented within the framework of the creation and implementation of a state electronic system and the digitalization of professional activities.
According to the president of NEBAU and the Win Experts group of companies, Viktor Leszczynski, implementing such technologies means moving with the times. In addition, digital reports are quite relevant today, since the country is constantly talking about introducing a lockdown. And this electronic system will help work remotely.
“For three months, we tested this system at the company “PROEXP”, which is part of the Win Experts group of companies and a member of the Alliance. And we were satisfied with it, because the digital system helps protect reports from forgery and also saves the time of our specialists,” emphasizes Viktor LESCHYNSKY.
