Dear colleagues!
Thank you for participating in the All-Ukrainian Urban Planning Forum, which took place on August 4, 2021 at the Kyiv National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture!
During the event, we discussed important aspects related to the development of urban planning documentation, the availability of which is an indisputable condition for the development of communities and the transformation of dreams and desires into real projects.
The forum was meaningful and caused a considerable resonance. In particular, the following were discussed:
- a general scheme for the development of territories, its development and implementation;
- a strategy for the development of territories and the organization of interaction between market participants;
- features of the development of urban planning documentation;
- organization of financing and opportunities for development through grant support and attracting investors;
- modern technologies for collecting source data that facilitate the process of developing urban planning documentation.
Expert recommendations were also provided on how communities should manage territories in the new conditions of the land market.
We collected initiatives from participants for the step-by-step systematic implementation of specific projects in communities. The forum became a kind of platform for direct dialogue between the legislative and executive branches of government, local self-government and business.
That is why, together with the Office of the President, people’s deputies, and government representatives, we are already starting preparations for the next All-Ukrainian Urban Planning Forum, which we plan to hold in October this year at the Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center in Kyiv. We hope for your participation in it!
