Urban planning documentation is a tool that turns desires into concrete investment projects and helps attract investors to communities.
The implementation of this task is a matter of state importance. To achieve success in creating urban planning documentation, the team of the consortium “All-Ukrainian Agency for the Development of Communities and Territories” is working. This was reported by the general director of the consortium, Olga Bukreeva.
In particular, the discussion focused on the interaction between participants in the process of creating urban planning documentation, the algorithm, plans and draft documents, obtaining results, analysis and integration of spatial data, etc.
Olga Bukreeva also spoke in detail about the documentation necessary for investors.
The consortium “All-Ukrainian Agency for the Development of Communities and Territories” provides services and performs work in construction and development projects of infrastructure of territorial communities, creates documentation (urban planning, land management, design, expert, documentation on the protection of cultural heritage and the environment and full-cycle legal documentation), provides technical supervision services for construction.
