The National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine is organizing a seminar on current issues of design, examination of design and estimate documentation and construction on December 10, 2019.
Such seminars help specialists in the expert construction industry to improve their qualifications, stay abreast of innovations in the industry, and exchange experience with each other.
Managers and chief engineers of utility companies, architects of districts and housing and communal services departments, representatives of united territorial communities, and others are invited to participate in the seminar.
Topics that will be discussed at the seminar:
- New changes in urban planning legislation.
- Construction forensic expertise and instrumental examination of buildings.
- Energy efficiency of projects. Introduction of energy certificates of buildings.
- Monument protection restrictions in urban planning practice of Ukraine.
- Practice of using 3D scanning in the inspection of buildings and structures and monitoring during construction and operation.
- The role of public associations and their influence on the development of the construction industry.
The event will be held at the premises of the Odessa Regional State Administration (Odessa, Kanatna St., 83).
Time: December 10, 11:00-13:00, registration begins at 10:30.
