At the regular meeting of the Supreme Council of Expert Organizations of the Construction Industry, topical issues related to the activities of expert organizations were discussed
One of these issues is changes to the Procedure for Professional Certification, new approaches to expert organizations and experts in the context of draft laws No. 5655 and No. 5877. Igor Vlasenko, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Construction Industry Experts, provided an explanation of this issue. We are grateful to the Association for its constant cooperation and participation in our events!
Before the meeting, we asked expert organizations to prepare questions regarding the work in the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector. One of the project managers of the system, Oleksandr Honcharenko, was invited to answer these questions.
The first results of the work of expert organizations in E-construction are already available. This system is modern, convenient and meets the needs of society in terms of translating services into the most convenient form for consumers.
But, like everything new, it is undergoing a period of adaptation. E-construction has already passed the test mode and is currently operating in a trial version. During the event, aspects of the system that, in the opinion of expert organizations, need to be improved were discussed.
Oleksandr Goncharenko answered questions from expert organizations and told what changes await E-construction in the near future. In particular, he touched on aspects of interaction between the expertise and the newly created State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning.
Once again, we invite experts working in E-construction to send their questions regarding the operation of the system. We will summarize them and submit them for consideration by the developers: the Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of Digital Economy.
