In Odessa, on December 10, representatives of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine in the Odessa Regional State Administration taught literacy to builders and district architects

District architects and representatives of local communities of the region were invited to participate in the seminar. According to the president of the alliance, Viktor Leshchynsky, holding such educational events is especially important now, when the decentralization reform is underway.

The reform has brought billions of dollars into place. But, according to the latest statistics, the united territorial communities use only 30 to 50% of the funds for capital investments. We conduct such educational events, firstly, to popularize the profession of a builder, and secondly, we inform customers of construction, major repairs, reconstruction and restoration of all the latest technologies and all new building standards, — said Viktor Leshchynsky.

Odesa is a city with many historical areas. This is a city with many old buildings. The fire in the college of hotel and restaurant business proves how important it is to be as knowledgeable as possible in the issue of preventing such events. The issues of designing fire safety systems are not secondary, as customers usually say, but primary, because they concern the life and health of people, — noted Viktor Leshchynsky.

It should be noted that the seminar was held with the assistance of the Odessa Regional State Administration.

Today we will discuss urban planning issues — first of all, the need to develop new master plans for settlements. Today, 80% of territories in the region do not have updated master plans, — explained the deputy head of the Odessa Regional State Administration Denys Vanash.

Other important issues are related to the transfer of property to united territorial communities.

During the creation of an ATC, social facilities and communications will be transferred to the balance of the communities. This has its own characteristics. The specialists who will speak at the seminar today will tell about these features and nuances to representatives of the district authorities and local architects, — said Denys Vanash.

The seminar was held in the form of reports. For example, the head of the PROEKSP expertise sector Volodymyr Nikolin spoke about innovations and changes in urban planning legislation, the alliance expert Andriy Mozheenko spoke about energy efficiency of projects and energy certificates of buildings, and the co-founder of the public laboratory “Chas Nadbannya” Olga Rutkovska spoke about restrictions in construction related to the protection of monuments.

It should be noted that the National Expert Construction Alliance is holding a similar seminar in Odessa for the second time. And in Ukraine it is the 16th seminar.
