According to the State Statistics Committee, the growth in construction volumes in the first 11 months of this year amounted to 21.3%
According to the results of January-October, the construction output index compared to the same period last year was 121.3%.
The building construction index was 116.8%, of which residential – 102%, non-residential – 130.5%.
The engineering construction index was 125.5%.
At the same time, in November compared to October this year, the seasonally adjusted construction output index was 98.9%.
And the construction volumes in November this year increased by 18.9% compared to November last year.
New construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment accounted for 75.2% of the total volume of construction output, capital and current repairs – 16.9% and 7.9%, respectively.
In total, in January-November 2019, construction work worth UAH 150.1 billion was completed.
Leaders among the regions:
Kyiv (35.5 billion UAH).
Dnipropetrovsk region (16.8 billion UAH),
Odesa region (14.2 billion UAH),
Kharkiv region (12.9 billion UAH).
