The digitalization of the expert construction industry continues!
From now on, it is possible to send projects for examination in electronic form, certified by an electronic digital signature without paper support!
Amendments to Resolution 560 “On Approval of the Procedure for Approval of Construction Projects and Conducting Their Examination” have come into force.
Namely:
P.3 “.. Construction projects developed in electronic form are approved by an administrative document, on which a qualified electronic signature is applied”
P.13 “For the examination, the customer submits to the expert organization a construction project developed in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Regional Development, in paper (no more than three copies) and electronic forms or in the form of electronic documents, the format of which is determined by the contract.”
