During the Supreme Council of Expert Organizations, they talked about strategic planning of the territory, namely about such a responsible process as the creation of urban planning documentation
Recently, a number of legislative changes have taken place in this area. In particular, a Resolution was adopted that provides for the establishment of uniform criteria for the quality of design solutions for entities developing urban planning documentation projects.
In accordance with this document, a new type of plan is being introduced – a comprehensive plan for the spatial development of the territory of the tergomada, which is subject to mandatory examination.
Many questions regarding various aspects of this process arise both among representatives of united territorial communities as service customers, and among project and expert organizations as implementers.
The consortium “All-Ukrainian Agency for the Development of Communities and Territories” was created as the first integrator of full-cycle documentation development for communities.
It is designed to assist communities in the process of creating urban planning documentation and implementing their future investment projects. Director General Olga Bukreeva spoke about the work of the consortium.
The consortium “All-Ukrainian Agency for the Development of Communities and Territories” provides services and performs work in construction and infrastructure development projects of territorial communities, creates documentation (urban planning, land management, design, expert, documentation on the protection of cultural heritage and the environment and full-cycle legal documentation), provides technical supervision services for construction.
