Starting with the land, how well it is properly designed, whether the so-called urban planning conditions have been issued, whether this is a legal development. And whether the company that is building has received all the necessary documents in the proper manner. In fact, a very large number of objects are objects that are already problematic at the stage of the beginning of construction,” she said.
