Recently, in Kyiv, at the International Exhibition Center, Alliance held another business forum “What to expect in 2022: green technologies, digitalization and key trends of the next decade in design, expertise and construction.”
The event was attended by the head of the trade union of construction workers and the building materials industry of Ukraine, Vasyl Andreyev.
He informed those present about the new legislation and standards of Ukraine in the field of construction:
“First of all, our employees are concerned about the formal definition of working conditions and their professional qualifications, which imposes certain restrictions on both formal work and social insurance. And this increases the problems for developers. Along with the problems that already exist. And regarding supervision in the construction industry, I mean the liquidation of DABI and the establishment of DIAM. Also, conducting an inspection in connection with the amendment to the basic Law on State Supervision 877. Therefore, the Trade Union, together with PROEKSP and NEBAU, are working in this direction to formalize all the rules that exist in the construction market, to reduce the possibility of abuses and corruption lagoons. In this regard, our cooperation in recent years has been quite productive.”
The Alliance expresses its gratitude to the trade union of construction workers and the building materials industry for consistent and fruitful cooperation!
