The Verkhovna Rada Committee delegated representatives to the Working Group on Regulatory and Methodological Support for Expert Activities in Construction
At the meeting of the Committee, which was held on May 5, 2020 in video conference mode on the ZOOM platform in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” with the application of Clause 4 of Section VIII of the Final Provisions, among other agenda items, the appeal of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine to include representatives of the Committee in the Working Group on Regulatory and Methodological Support for Expert Activities in Construction was considered, the main tasks of which include resolving problematic issues of conducting an expert examination of construction projects, making coordinated decisions on improving the quality of design solutions and complying with requirements for the strength, reliability and durability of buildings and structures, their operational safety and engineering support.
The Committee members supported the proposals to delegate the following representatives to the Working Group on Regulatory and Methodological Support for Expert Activities in Construction of the National Expert and Construction Alliance of Ukraine:
- DUNDA Oleh Andriyovych – People’s Deputy of Ukraine, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Construction and Design;
- KACHUR Oleksandr Anatoliyovych – People’s Deputy of Ukraine, Deputy Chairman of the Committee;
- PLACHKOVA Tetyana Mykhailivna – People’s Deputy of Ukraine, Member of the Committee;
- STRIKHARSKI Andriy Petrovych – People’s Deputy of Ukraine, Member of the Committee;
- SHULYAK Olena Oleksiivna – People’s Deputy of Ukraine, Deputy Chairman of the Committee.
