The government has decided to develop digital tools for the DREAM system, and also announced the implementation of new mechanisms using artificial intelligence to monitor and manage reconstruction projects.
As the president of the National Union of Ukrainian Engineers, I believe that no digital platform or algorithm can replace professional responsibility, high-quality project documentation, and engineering solutions.
Artificial intelligence can help analyze large amounts of information faster, identify risks, and improve process management efficiency, but the foundation of any project is formed by people and their competence.
For the design market, this is also a signal to adapt to new realities. BIM technologies, CAD solutions and artificial intelligence tools are no longer technologies of the future – they are becoming part of everyday work.
Rebuilding the country requires not only resources and funding, but also a new design culture, where speed, quality, and responsibility work as a single system.
