On September 17, a regular meeting of the Supreme Council of Expert Organizations of the Construction Industry was held at the InterContinental Kyiv Hotel
We have held it for the third time, and each time more and more expert organizations and representatives of other areas of construction join us. Today we presented Alliance membership certificates to seven new members.
In his welcoming speech, Alliance President Viktor Leszczynskiy noted that there is now a need to create an effective advisory body that would deal with controversial issues in the field of design and urban planning. In addition, such a body should protect the interests of expert organizations and experts.
The meeting discussed:
- requirements for personnel as a condition for ensuring the quality of expertise (changes to the procedure for professional certification, new approaches to expert organizations and experts in the context of draft laws 5655 and 5857);
- main aspects and problems of the work of expert organizations in the unified state electronic system in the field of construction (electronic offices, E-construction portal);
- MIPIM trends in global development;
- changes to the legislation on the procedure for certification and deprivation of certificates of responsible executors;
- BIM: trends, requirements and solutions for construction;
- cluster approach in the development of the construction industry;
- aspects of creating urban planning documentation in the light of recent legislative changes.
In addition, we signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the International Exhibition Center. This is the first step towards future interesting projects!
