“Vinnytsia is a region that shows high standards of development for all of Ukraine. In construction alone, volumes have shown a 200% growth over the year. And the city itself has been recognized as the most comfortable in Ukraine for the fifth time – This is a great area for implementing the most daring projects,” said Viktor Leshchynsky, president of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine.
The leading professional and public union and independent expertise “PROEXP” are leaders among expert organizations in Ukraine. That is why holding educational seminars and training in various areas is already a tradition for the alliance’s specialists.
At the end of January 2020, a scientific and practical conference on new requirements and standards in construction will be held in Vinnytsia. “This will be useful for designers, architects, manufacturers of building materials, as well as builders,” Viktor Leshchynsky is convinced.
The president of the alliance met with the deputy head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration Vasyl Brovarnyk. The official stated that the authorities of the Vinnytsia region are working to improve the investment climate, the development of entrepreneurship and business in the region. Therefore, they support the holding of a scientific and practical seminar here.
The meeting of the head of the alliance and the independent expertise “PROEXP” with the rector of the Vinnytsia National Technical University was also particularly important.
A cooperation agreement was signed.
“This will allow our professors and scientists to participate in the alliance’s projects, and students to practice, gain new knowledge and experience,” Volodymyr Grobko, the university’s rector, commented on the event. “Vinnytsia region provides inspiration for projects and developments that can become pilot and exemplary for other regions,” Viktor Leshchynsky, the alliance’s president, is convinced.
