The National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine continues to gather like-minded people around it – companies that form and defend fundamentally new modern standards in construction and strive to improve the construction industry of Ukraine.
On December 4, the Executive Director of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine, Oleksandr Petushkov, held a working meeting with the management of the GSB group of companies, which includes the development company “Galsintez Bud” (residential complex “Gostomel Residence”), the construction company “Galsintez Bud”, and landscaping and design companies.
In addition to design, landscaping and performance of contract works, the company “Galsintez Bud” successfully develops the areas of sale of building materials, general contracting, project management.
The company’s areas of activity are residential and civil construction, agricultural facilities, industrial facilities, etc.
A special place among the company’s projects is occupied by the residential complex “Gostomel Residence”, the design of which was based on the well-known Scandinavian concept of “hygge” – the ability to appreciate small joys and enjoy life.
The complex is distinguished by its well-thought-out infrastructure, energy efficiency, and high quality construction and planning solutions.
During the meeting, the parties discussed areas of future cooperation between the Alliance and BC “Galsintez Bud”, which will begin at the beginning of next year. In particular, the areas of integrated quality certification of residential complexes and the active use of energy-saving solutions for the design and construction of residential and social infrastructure facilities were discussed.
