President of the National Union of Ukrainian Workers and Builders Viktor Leshchynskyi took part in KyivBuild 2026, one of the key professional platforms in the construction industry.
During his speech, he presented the position of the National Union of Design Affairs on the need for systemic self-regulation of the market. Design quality should become an unconditional standard – with transparent estimates, compliance with state construction standards, and personal responsibility of all participants in the process.
He particularly emphasized the role of professional associations in shaping industry rules and protecting the interests of responsible business. Consolidation of the professional community is a necessary condition for increasing trust in the market during a period of large-scale reconstruction.
Self-regulation is a matter of market maturity. The NSPS continues to shape mechanisms that transform professional responsibility into a standard.
