General Meeting of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine > National Association of Architectural and Engineering Design

On February 23, the General Meeting of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine was held at the InterContinental Kyiv Hotel.

Partner organizations also joined us. Some of the Alliance members attended the event online.

At the beginning of the Meeting, we reported on our work over the past year and outlined plans for 2021.

“Since last year was spent mostly online due to the pandemic throughout the country, our organization has also adapted to modern digital technologies as much as possible. We are especially proud of the two digital tools that we have implemented and offered to expert organizations. This is an expert report in digital format and digital protection of expert reports,” noted Alliance President Viktor Leszczynski.

During the year, the Alliance held several dozen various events and joined partner events. These are working groups, webinars, field meetings, seminars.

We also signed several memorandums of cooperation with various organizations.

The Alliance constantly cooperates with the central media, where it covers its activities, the services of the Alliance members, and the main trends in the construction industry.

In addition, we continue and strengthen cooperation with international institutions in order to develop and keep up with the times.

In 2021, we plan to intensively develop the following areas: openness and professional regulation of the expert market, further electronic transformation of the industry, BIM (Building Information Model), self-regulation as a way to control and improve the quality of expert services. We invite all interested parties to join us!

During the Meeting, representatives of partner organizations spoke in the information and practical block – Serhiy Rubalsky from LLC “Global Certifik” and Andriy Chervonyuk from CAD/BIM SOFTPROM Distribution GmbH.

Another good news. Yesterday, by a decision of the Board of Directors of FIABCI International, the Alliance’s membership in the International Federation of Real Estate Professionals and the World Council of Experts of FIABCI International was approved at the international level. This was announced during the event by Dmytro Kovganich, President of FIABCI-Ukraine.

On the same day, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Alliance and FIABCI-Ukraine.

The most emotional moment of the event was the presentation of certificates to new members of the Alliance.

(LLC “Engineering Company “BARSA”), Yulia Kozlova (LLC “Engineering Company “AUTOMAGISTRAL”), Yuriy Pidlisny (LLC “First Construction Expertise”), Ivan Pereginets (OK ZhBK “Affordable Housing”), Bohdan Rublyuk

(LLC “Fomalhaut-Polimin”), Hlib Hrynko (LLC “DN Consulting”).

A new member of the Alliance, Commercial Director of Fomalhaut-Polimin LLC, Bohdan Rublyuk, promised that their company would share its experience and cooperate in every way to improve the legislative field in the construction industry.
