Recently, cases of forged expert reports have become more frequent in the expert services market.
This negative trend can lead to very dangerous consequences, because on the basis of project documentation that has not passed the appropriate expert review, houses, schools, kindergartens, etc. are being built.
And such objects pose a potential threat to those who are in them. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why we have recently seen so many tragic cases of building collapse.
How can we prevent the spread of such a dangerous trend as forgery of expert reports? The National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine has launched an initiative – digital protection of expert reports.
The corresponding system generates dynamic marking codes with cryptographic protection, which are applied to expert documents. By scanning this code using a mobile application, you can verify the authenticity of the document and its entire life cycle.
Thus, the system ensures unambiguous identification and verification of expert opinions throughout their entire life cycle, their registration, verification of the originality and compliance of information, encoding and storage of data in the BlockChain.
This is a completely independent system that does not belong to any of the structures. Data storage and protection is carried out by end-to-end encryption and recording in BlockChain structures that cannot be changed or forged. All this makes illegal actions by market participants impossible.
