Experts of the National Expert Construction Alliance discuss ways to implement the decree of the President of Ukraine on improving the condition of roads
The cautious forecasts of experts are understandable, because over the past 5 years more roads have disappeared than have been repaired.
There is currently no talk of building new roads.
But Ukraine is part of the pan-European transit space, so new routes will be built, and existing ones will be brought to EU requirements.
There is no other way.
