On February 11, another seminar on topical issues of design, examination of design and estimate documentation and construction was held in Vinnytsia, which has become a good tradition for the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine

The seminar was attended by more than a hundred representatives of united territorial communities, project organizations, specialized employees of district state administrations of Vinnytsia region, Vinnytsia City Council, and the architectural and construction community.

Traditionally, at the beginning of the event, the participants were greeted by the President of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine, Viktor Leshchynsky, who noted that in two years the Alliance has held seminars in 14 regions of Ukraine, Vinnytsia Region being the fifteenth.

“This is our second time here and we feel powerful changes and the need for knowledge about changes in the construction industry and new technologies,” noted Viktor Leshchynsky.

Among the speakers at the seminar was the chief architect of Vinnytsia region Leonid Guzhva, who spoke about urban planning documentation as a necessary condition for the successful development of united communities. The executive director of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine, Oleksandr Petushkov, spoke about the activities of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine.

The audience was very interested in the speech of Volodymyr Nikolin, head of the expertise sector of LLC PROEKSP, who reviewed changes in urban planning legislation.

Roman Syromyatnikov, director of SPEKTR construction expertise, spoke about the importance of construction forensics and instrumental examination of buildings. The key to the durability and energy efficiency of buildings is high-quality construction materials and technologies. There were two speakers on this topic: Shimon Daniel, deputy director for technical issues of ITUM LLC, who showed the advantages of using innovative waterproofing materials during major and current roof repairs, and Yuriy Sagirov, representative of Fomalhaut-Polimin, a manufacturer of dry building mixtures.

The practice of using 3D scanning in the examination of buildings and structures and monitoring during construction and operation is widespread in the most developed countries of the world. In particular, it helps to preserve unique architectural monuments and recreate them in detail, as was the case after the fire in the Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral.

This is exactly what the Alliance partner, ScanyWELL, is doing. The CEO of this company, Gennady Proshchenko, spoke about the application of 3D scanning practices in Ukraine.

Tenders are a very important topic. Both for those who announce them and for those who participate in them. Legislative news, features of procedures, appeals, and execution of tender agreements – all this was told at a seminar in Vinnytsia by the Alliance’s permanent partner, INTELLECT CONSULT GROUP LLC, namely the company’s representative Denis Panchenko and lawyer Vasyl Bartko, an expert of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine.

Construction must be safe! Our partner, the magazine “Occupational Health and Fire Safety”, emphasizes this. Its representative, acting editor-in-chief Oleksandr Dzyuba, cites truly disappointing figures. The construction industry is one of the most traumatic in Ukraine!

But together we can all change this. Let’s work together for the sake of development and safety in construction! At the end of the event, the President of the Alliance, Viktor Leshchynsky, introduced the representative of the National Expert Construction Alliance of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region, Serhiy Prokhorov, to the audience and called on everyone to cooperate for the benefit of the construction industry.

The seminar was organized with the assistance of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration. The Alliance representative in Vinnytsia region, Serhiy Prokhorov, thanked the Deputy Head of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Pishchyk, for his support. We hope for further cooperation! Let’s work together for development!
