The new Vice-President of NEBAU was Oleksiy Viktorovych Komandyrov, Head of the Department of Research on the Volume, Quality and Cost of Construction Works of the Kyiv Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Honored Builder of Ukraine, forensic expert, appraiser.
